Throughout my life I have always loved to try new dishes and desserts, but when I went off to college, I lost the luxury of my mom’s cooking every night. Freshman year was quite the struggle- making concoctions in the dining halls in hopes of creating something divoon. After a year of continuous dissatisfaction, I was so excited to get a place of my own so that I could start cooking for myself. However, I quickly realized that I didn’t know the first thing about cooking. I graduated from UGA this past May, and I must admit, I am still not an amazing chef. However, over the years I have collected simple recipes that are near impossible to mess up. Look out for my favorite recipes every Monday!
