Shredded Chicken and Vegetable Chili


As I have said before, Chicken Chili is one of my personal favorite meals!  I didn’t follow a recipe for this batch…  I simply used two cans of chili beans, one can of black beans, one can of pinto beans and a can of diced tomatoes.  Next I baked, then shredded two chicken breasts.  I had a zucchini and a red bell pepper laying around so I diced those up and threw them in the pot.  Last, I added some chili seasoning and cayenne chili powder to add some kick!
