Balsamic Glazed Hanger Steak

I was shocked by how easy this meal turned out to be. I simply bought the steak and googled directions on how to cook it in the oven. Meanwhile, I cut the brussel sprouts in half and baked them at the same time as my sweet potato. When the steak was finished cooking, I simply added goat cheese and balsamic glaze to top everything off. Absolutely delicious and as always, pretty easy to do!
